StatementBatch is pre-launch. This page describes exactly what the product does with your statement today. It is not yet a reviewed legal document.

Your statement file is never stored

When you upload a PDF, it is held in memory for the length of that one request, sent to Anthropic for reading, and the extracted transactions are sent back to your browser. Once that response leaves our server, nothing about your statement remains on it - not the file, not the account numbers, not the transactions. There is no database of statements to leak, because none exists.

Anthropic is the only processor

Your statement's contents are sent to exactly one third party: Anthropic (the maker of Claude), which reads the PDF to extract the transaction table. No other OCR, extraction, or AI service ever sees it. We do not use the statement content for anything else - no analytics, no training, no resale.

What we DO keep

Counts, never content: how many conversions happened today, whether one succeeded or failed and why (a category like "timeout" or "page limit" - never the statement itself), which download format someone picked, and - only if you type it into the Bookkeeper plan waitlist box - your email address. Your browser also gets a small cookie so the free daily limit can be enforced; it carries no personal information, just an anonymous id.

Server logs

Our error logs record what kind of failure happened (a timeout, a file too large, a parsing error) and never the statement's contents. A raw extraction error is never written to a log.

Downloads

The CSV, Excel and QuickBooks files you download are generated in your own browser from the result already sent to you - the server does not generate or store these files either.
