Chase statements, as a spreadsheet.

Upload a Chase statement PDF — checking, savings and credit card — and get back a spreadsheet with the transactions as data rather than as a picture of a table.

Business and personal Chase statements share a layout family, but a credit card statement reconciles differently from a checking one — charges and payments rather than a running balance. Both are handled, and the reconciliation method is chosen from what the statement actually prints.

Checked before you see it

The running balance is verified row by row, or — when the statement never prints one — the opening balance plus every transaction is checked against the closing balance. If there is nothing on the page to check against, that is what it says, rather than showing a green tick it has not earned.

Scans and photographs too

A Chase statement that has been printed, scanned, faxed or photographed reads the same way as a downloaded PDF. There is no separate mode to turn on.

Nothing is stored

The file and every transaction in it exist only for the length of the request. Downloads are generated in your browser from the result, so the finished spreadsheet never exists on a server.

Questions

Does this work with business Chase accounts?

Yes. Business and personal statements are read the same way — the extraction reads the statement's own structure rather than matching a stored template.

What if my statement is several pages?

Multi-page statements convert as one document, so a transaction continuing across a page break stays a single row.

Do I need an account?

No. Your first statement each day is free and complete, with no account and no card.
